Returns and Exchanges
At Condessa, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery. While we hope that you love every piece, we understand that issues may sometimes arise.
Faulty Items
We take pride in our craftsmanship, but if you receive a faulty item, please reach out to our friendly team at hello@condessa.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order number, details of the fault, and supporting photos to allow us to determine if the item is eligible for a refund.
Faulty items do not include general wear and tear, chain breakage, or damage caused by improper care, such as constant exposure to water or harsh chemicals.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. For other jewellery, only an exchange or store credit may be available if items are unworn and returned in their original packaging within 14 days. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or lost packages.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. We will email you with updates on your refund or store credit.
