For more accurate delivery timeframes based on your location, please visit Australia Post’s Calculate Postage and Delivery Times page. All orders are shipped from Adelaide, South Australia.

Postage costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is required, as rates depend on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer within our control. If delivery issues arise, customers must contact Australia Post directly, as all orders are shipped via their services. For this reason, any address errors cannot be corrected after dispatch.

Please note that Condessa does not offer refunds or returns unless the item is faulty, but we do offer store credit or exchanges where possible (including change of mind). We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
