If you’ve changed your mind, full-priced items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and returned in original packaging. Please email hello@condessa.com.au

Due to hygiene considerations, earrings and sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Condessa offers a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
If a genuine fault occurs within this period, we'll replace your piece free of charge.
